Infral Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates PodSetup Studio ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide:

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • • Provide core app functionality (equipment management, setup recommendations)
  • • Process images and audio through AI services for analysis
  • • Generate personalized setup recommendations

  • • Manage subscriptions and access to premium features
  • • Debug issues and optimize performance

4. Data Storage and Processing

4.1 Local Storage: Your equipment library, location setups, setup recommendations, and preferences are stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

4.2 Temporary AI Processing: When you use acoustic analysis features, photos and audio recordings are temporarily transmitted to our AI service providers (Rork AI and OpenAI GPT-4o) for analysis. These providers process your content to generate recommendations but do not permanently store your photos or audio recordings.

4.3 Image and Audio Retention: Photos and audio recordings may be stored locally on your device as compressed data for reference. You can delete this data at any time through the app.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

5.1 Rork AI: We use Rork AI for image and audio analysis. Content is processed in real-time and not permanently stored. See Rork's privacy policy at https://rork.app/privacy for details.

5.2 OpenAI: As a fallback, we use OpenAI GPT-4o for AI processing when Rork AI is unavailable. OpenAI processes your content according to their API data usage policy, which states that API data is not used to train models. See OpenAI's privacy policy at openai.com/privacy for details.

5.3 RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat collects subscription status and purchase information. See RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy for details.

5.4 Apple App Store: Subscription payments are processed by Apple. Apple collects payment information according to their privacy policy.

5.5 Sentry: We use Sentry for crash reporting. When the app encounters an unexpected error, Sentry captures diagnostic information to help us identify and resolve issues. 5.6 PostHog: We use PostHog for anonymous usage analytics. PostHog helps us understand how features are used so we can improve the app. Events are associated with anonymous device identifiers only and are not linked to personal information. 6. Permissions We Request

The App requests the following device permissions:

  • • Camera: To capture photos of your recording space for AI analysis
  • • Microphone: To record audio for acoustic analysis
  • • Storage: To save equipment data and setup configurations locally
  • • Network Access: To communicate with AI services

You can manage these permissions in your device settings at any time.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data:

  • • Local data is stored securely on your device
  • • Data transmitted to AI services uses encrypted connections (HTTPS)
  • • We do not maintain permanent copies of your photos or audio recordings on our servers
  • • Subscription data is managed securely by RevenueCat and Apple

However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

  • • Local Data: Equipment and location data remains on your device until you delete it
  • • AI Processing: Photos and audio are processed in real-time and not retained by AI providers
  • • Subscription Data: Managed by RevenueCat and Apple per their retention policies

9. Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights:

  • • Access: Review all data stored locally in the app
  • • Deletion: Clear all app data through Settings or delete the app
  • • Control: Manage camera and microphone permissions in device settings
  • • Opt-out: Choose not to use AI analysis features
  • • Portability: Export your equipment and location data (contact support)

10. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

11. European Users (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • • Legal Basis: We process your data based on your consent (when you use AI analysis features) and our legitimate interests (to provide and improve the App).
  • • Additional Rights: You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and port your data. You also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
  • • Data Transfers: Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. We rely on standard contractual clauses and other lawful transfer mechanisms.

12. International Users

The App is operated in the United States. If you use the App from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the U.S. where data protection laws may differ from your jurisdiction.
